So many self-help experts constantly wagging their jaw. They know just what it takes to LIVE healthy. So many surgeons aiding in FAKING health and longevity. I don’t know five people personally, that have sat with a registered dietician. Many people love the training from their CPT. The hard pushes and big smiles for an hour, then off to dinner time. “I deserve a cheat meal after that.” A statement I know all too well.

But be mindful that some over the counter experts are giving great advice but not quick fix remedies. Information from a passionate advisor in the right combination can be life changing. But they are only words. They need the actions and dedication to match. Remember as we give perspective it is always elective. All people are different and must lock-in and align with their focus and goals. Learn YOUR genetics and needs. Feed on YOUR strengths and conquer YOUR weaknesses. This is a life-long journey. One that you dictate the pace and results. You must take ACTION.

Acting on 2 sessions with a registered dietitian and your doctor may be the most informative. Some may find it not to be the most practical. Your resources may not permit that outcome. SO WHAT’S ANOTHER CHOICE? Stick to the fundamentals of all Humans.
