SS~ FRAMEWORK PHYSIQUE #10 : BIG BUSINESS BODY

Organization is a daily part of our lives. We are connected to the word (organization) in just about every aspect of life. We work for an organization. Majority meals we consume come from a dietary organization. We even aim to be more organized with our worldly objects. "I place all my fruit on the first shelf and the kids' lunch on the second shelf." say the stay-at-home mom. " If you're looking for the  brandy , check the bottom drawer." replied the big bank CEO. So how are so many of us reactive with our body? Alot of us scarf down anything just to get through the day. We will cat nap our way through the week. Where is our organization for longevity?

Just like the big organizations we have ties too. We have to get a standard with plans and processes for our wellness. Only then can we enjoy personal growth and longevity as they have enjoyed corporate growth and prosperity. Standards such as no processed foods , saturated fats, or excessive salt are huge for our growth. If we can eliminate caffeine and replace it with proper rest , 10-20 mins. of sunlight and great hydration it can work wonders for the body. Things like these will energize the body , improve circulation, and promote healing. Some have also seen huge changes in stress levels. 

Having a schedule is just as key for you, as the organization that fuels your vehicle. You have to fuel your body in a timely manner to see results. Set a schedule and try to eat and sleep daily at a set time. This allows your stomach and digestive system to regulate. A large breakfast, moderate lunch, and light dinner is a smooth start. Stop eating 3 hours before bed so that your ENTIRE body can rest during sleep. Your digestive system should not have to work while your legs rest. Hydration to the body is 6-8 8oz glasses of water a day. A smooth schedule for that is 2 glasses when you wake up. Three glasses during the morning. Three glasses throughout the afternoon. 15 mins. before a meal is great but during the meal is not ideal. This. will prevent dilution of your digestive enzymes. Your welcome to drink freely an hour after the meal.

Standards and practices like these are great for organized longevity. They feed the body in a way that frees up space for the mind. Before you know it a new sense of self produces. Just like a new location of that big box store. You shape your day and build the best version of yourself. Get organized and get going.
