So you want to be strong huh? You want to handle your business and manifest the ideal body. Seems like your destine to be the total package. Let me be the first to say. I like that. You’re one of the few. Hopefully to inspire a ton of the many. One key component of your muscle man brigade or your sexy lady esteem will be your metabolism. Think of your metabolism as your internal power plant to help you repair, build, heal, will ,and deal your New found version of self. If you’ve been at this a while , it may not be so new found. But the chemical process in you is always creating new cells, tissues , and structures for you everyday manifestation needs. The process of taking the foods you put in and making complex tools for your growth such as protein is called anabolism. The process of breaking those complex tools down for specific use is called catabolism. Think about it like your body saying every time you eat something good. “And what else ?” as if Its making solid tools and storing them away for your later use. Then think about it like your body saying “Can I use a little…?” when it’s time to commit to the task of choice. Hopefully that task is moving you forward and not holding you back. (Hmmm video game basketball or actually hoops ? Lol ) With the right combinations it’s safe to say you can get a lot done. With the wrong combinations you’ll be screaming commands that are falling on deaf ears. The quality of your choices in food are key. Anabolism is huge on the repair and building side. Catabolism is huge on the concentration side. The trick is they are happening simultaneously and all day long. So you have to be diligent about your diet. You will make mistakes nobody’s perfect but God. But just accept you have moved the needle backwards and do what’s necessary now to move forward. You slipped and had a donut at 9. That means it’s two bottles of water instead of one at 10. So get off “Meta” or use “Meta” and put together the best diet possible for your signature “Meta”bolism.
